As a sales and marketing manager for a major department store chain, Harry knew that idea was vital to success. "Sears, Roebuck taught me one important lesson:My most important job is making sure the customer is 100% satisfied," he says. "It remains the philosophy of our business."

If anyone can match Harry's approach to business it is wife, Jane. "Being in tune with people's needs and keeping open communication is an important step to success," she says. That idea has been the foundation of her work since she began her real estate career at her family-owned real estate company during her college years. She has worked closely with many local families as a teacher, a counselor, as well as an administrator at both Chatsworth and Taft High Schools in the San Fernando Valley, and in her many charitable organizations. She understands the value of one-on-one communication. "The foundation of my business is relationships," she says.
